2nd Chance Treatment Center

Customer service especially over the phone is horrible. They're rude and uncaring even when they make the mistake. This office isn't even open to the public, they only do online (never communicated when they changed over) yet they have a physical office space. So hard to get a hold of too, I've called 4 times this week and have been for about 3 weeks and everytime hold time is over 1.5 hours long. After leaving multiple emails, voice mails and online messages I FINALLY got someone after 1 hour and 20 minutes of hold just for her to be cold and rude. Finding a new psychiatrist, this is unbelievable.

Dr Z. Is great he listens to you, makes you feel comfortable talking with him, staff are really nice and professional

Dr. Z is amazing as he really listens and he asks the right questions. My experience has been extremely healing and wholesome. I have regained myself during this beneficial experience. Thank you so very much Dr. Z for being there!

Love the office location and just the feel of the office! Currently I'm seeing my doctor via zoom and over the phone which is still working out great. I see Dr. Mullens and he is seriously the best, I feel very lucky to have found him and to have him in my corner. His medical assistant is also nothing short of amazing.. The desk girls are great as well!! I could go on and on
