Working with Bastian & Brady was wonderful. The Uhaul was prepped, ready and working at the time of pick up. Multiple team members entered to assist right away both days we visited. Bastian went the extra mile to assist us with a mishap that he noticed, and it really made us feel like people instead of a transaction. He would be a great leader if he's not already! Thanks y'all
