I cannot speak highly enough of Joel Thurston. He is a true jewel. Joel is not only extremely intelligent, strategic, kind and caring, but he also had the confidence and belief in my argument/case, when other firms didnt. He brought a successful resolution to my case, and for that, I'm incredibly grateful.
Also, his paralegal, Courtney, was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient, helpful, and always there to assist. Together, they form a winning team that I highly recommend to anyone in need of legal services.

Jeremy Goad is honest and really knowledgeable with law! He took the time to hear me. He listened and was able to make me understand things I didn't. Law isn't easy to understand. He explained everything from start to finish. Jeremy definitely is my go to with any questions! I highly recommend him! Also I love the phone appointment availability. It makes it more convenient. I have to say, I read the reviews and thought they could help me. However, I left a message one day in the early afternoon, never received a return call. The following morning I left another message saying that if I dont get a callback, I will move onto the next attorney. I got an immediate call back. I briefly explained the mess my life is in and how I would need multiple services from them. And all she could tell me is that I would need to speak to an attorney and the only way to do that is $150. So Im left not even knowing if they would be able to handle the multiple situations that Im in, unless I pay them $150. She was like a robot talking to me!

Tami, I appreciate your feedback and I apologize you did not feel heard. We are here to listen and help, but we do require a $150 consultation fee so that we can actually take the time to listen to a potential client and analyze their case, providing meaningful legal feedback, and not simply a sales pitch. If we didn’t charge the $150 fee, our attorneys could spend their whole day meeting with people for free, which would not be profitable for the firm or the potential clients. Most of the feedback we typically receive is that places that offer a free consultation often involve non-attorneys meeting with potential clients and more of a sales pitch. That is not our philosophy. Additionally, while our legal receptionist is knowledgeable about various legal matters, she is not an attorney and not able to analyze your case. That is why she wanted you to meet with an attorney. That is the best way that she could help you. Again, I apologize that you did not feel heard and felt like you were speaking to a robot. We appreciate the constructive criticism and we will continue to strive to do better. We wish you the best!
