Mail Delivery Subsystem on Google

image As an owner of a property being managed by this company for the past 9 months, I am extremely frustrated. They cannot seem to pay the HOA fees on time, in full and use countless excuses as to why they haven't been able to pay time promptly. They offer no real good suggestions on how to improve business processes, they just use excuses. I would strongly urge any owner considering using this company to manage their property to look for a different company - this one will surely disappoint (again and again and again).

image Unfortunately we have had a horrible experience with Kathy Ostermeyer as the landlord of the home we are renting. We went without hot water for over a month. The garage door broke, we had a water leak in the backyard that took forever to fix, and our ac wasnt working for both months of June and July. We have a 7year old daughter as well that thankfully my parents could help with so she didnt have to take cold showers and sleep in the heat. The ac bill was close to 1000 and she told us that we just have to deal with it. We have had to call out of work an insane amount of times these last two years because of these issues and have had zero remorse from Kathy. We send rent via mail and if the mail delays it by one day due to a holiday she threatens to charge us. What about all the money we have missed out on because of not being able to go to work or the high water and electric bill. We never send rent late and if it arrives late by mail its only ever one day and its always around a holiday. Its just so sad that someone would treat people this way. We have been patient, understanding, and super kind to Kathy but sadly we showed frustration once after our ac was still not fixed and we are now treated 10x worse. I just hope either she changes so I can update this review and nobody else has to have this happen to them. Im sure west USA has great realtors sadly Kathy has just not been one for us.

image A friend of mine had a tour for a beautiful 4 bedroom rental home scheduled for today. She arrived 15 mins early for this appointment with me on facetime. Upon entering one of her children touched a wall in the home. Sylvia Theiste (property manager)turns to my friend and says "please dont let her touch the wall, the owner just had them repainted," then she asks "are all of these children yours?" to which my friend replies that two of the three children are her biological children. Sylvia then asks which two are hers. She informs Sylvia of her two biological children and let's her know that the third is her autistic foster child. At this point the property manager says "well, that probably won't work here. I don't think foster children can be on the lease. Can you hold her hand so she doesnt touch anything else?" After saying that, Sylvia pointed out the kitchen, the office and a master bedroom downstairs and focused her attention on the next group of people that were parking outside. When they get to the door she turns and tells my friend "let me show you out." The whole visit lasted less than 4 minutes and she was never shown upstairs nor the rest of the house. I could not believe what I witnessed!! It is not acceptable for a company to be biased nor discriminate in this fashion under any circumstances. I am not sure if it was the the children, or the black woman with the children that ended this tour before it even started, but I will be working diligently to make people aware of how poorly property managers at West USA Realty treat people from a specific demographic.
