        I can't say enough great things about this company. They have been fantastic to work with. From viewing the property to the application process, approval, leasing and move in, everything was so well organized and easy. The staff is wonderful and so sweet and Emily is the absolute best. Always answers your calls and texts and has the answer and if not, she'll get it for you. The property is great and the maintenance has been minor but the maintenance team has also been wonderful. We've been here two months and so far are very happy. Highly recommend VPM! Thank you all for helping us find a new home.

        Dont rent from a property managed by Valentine. We got charged for carpet cleaning which already got professionally cleaned with a receipt sent to the company. At the very least if you plan on renting from them, DO NOT go out on your own and professionally clean the carpets when you move out. Based off of another review here it seems to be a trend that theyll just charge you for it regardless of whether you do it or not. Reply: They did a perfectly adequate job. There were no stains prior to the carpet cleaning so thats just false. I saw them clean it. Its just a money grab they can make because what are you going to do about it? They have your money. Id also like to see Todd post a receipt of the carpet cleaner they hired if the one I hired did such an inadequate job.

        As a tenant, using a Property Management company can go a little of both ways. Even with a few blips along 3 years, Kim, Karen and the staff made the experience pretty good. The house was very nice and the area was pretty nice. We made friends with many neighbors and had some nice holidays. Happy New Years to staff. Jason & Mike
