Thrive Community Management

They charge a lot of money and our property still has many LARGE structural repairs needing to be fixed but theyre pre occupied with sending violations for hummingbird feeders & plants as decor on your own property. Never mind holes in buildings that leak water & allow in critters! And dog poop EVERYWHERE because poop bags are never filled. And falling infrastructure around the property that could massively hurt someone. No fixes are a priority. But fining residents sure are.

Seems like these people never answer the phone or emails when something is being asked for. Its outrageous to have an HOA charge a lot of money a month for what? Mowing the lawn, fixing the roof and cleaning the pool? Thats ridiculous. Glad I wont be paying this business any longer.

As President of the board for our community I dont think we could ask for a better management company. We have had more than a three year relationship with Thrive Community Management and have been very satisfied with their service. We came from what we thought was a decent company but looking back we were wrong. The financial statements, contractor contact and all around production is great. We as a board all agree that Thrive has made our jobs easier. We used to get a lot of complaints from homeowners regarding our previous company. Since Thrive took over the only complaints we hear are usually because the homeowner is in the wrong and wont admit it. Thrive managers all very well versed in our HOA rules and regulations and are quick to help out anyway they can. I would recommend Thrive Community Management if youre looking to have your community well looked after.
