Katie has been my trainer now for 2 months. She is awesome! So understanding! She will have a full conversation with you about anything while youre doing sets to make you not even realize how many you have done! I highly recommend her not just as a trainer but as a person. She knows how it is for someone just starting as she had her own journey so it makes you feel more confident that you can do it too with how motivational she is!

Coach Katie is the best trainer for someone like me with knee and back injuries. She knows which exercises will help strengthen yet not aggravate the joints. She has motivated me to start small but be consistent. She knows how to vary the exercises to keep it fresh and challenging. I am very grateful for her knowledge and expertise!

Katie had been where I'm at now. She knows the struggles, she knows the fight and, she shows the results! She's tough in such a good way! My journey with her has only been 3 months now, and already I'm feeling like a new me! I'm thrilled to know that I'm well on my way to being who I'm supposed to be again, and she pushes me every flipping day, 100%!! She's a diamond in the rough.
