Patent Agent Bruce A. Lev

I was looking for a Patent Agent that could properly represent me with my invention. I found Bruce Lev online, and decided to give him a chance. Out of all the options, he was the one who I felt the most comfortable and confident with. From the start, he informed me of the process, and what to expect in the upcoming months/years. Getting a patent is not a quick process and can be very frustrating due to all of the intricacies involved. Bruce handled everything for me, and was always available to chat and answer questions if needed. Having worked at the Patent Office in the past, he is very knowledgable of the internal policies, and how to navigate through them without a lot of wasted time and expense. I would definitely recommend Bruce if you are looking to secure a patent for your invention.

In June 2021 I contacted Mr. Lev for an opinion on the patentability of a proposed utility patent. After researching it, his opinion was that it was 100% patentable. I was skeptical but proceeded based on his opinion. . All I did was give Mr, lev a rough description and drawing and answer his questions about the details of the design and sign the application. He prepared the formal description, had a professional prepare the formal drawings, completed all the paperwork and submitted the application. On July 27 2022, without any further correspondence or paperwork the utility patent was allowed.. Mr. Lev is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced and there is probably not a better patent agent.
