John and his company were excellent at providing our mortgage. They found different options that would work for our house, provided information and sites on the progress, and were available (Betty too!) for any questions that we had. Highly recommended!They have included extra touches, like a customized cutting board shipped to us, that I would not expect. Thanks John!

I know many have used John and he must do a good job in general but my experience with him was absolutely horrible! He is extremely unethical. If you need a loan officer you can trust don't use him. He gave personal credit information to my real estate agent which, I know is not ethical and is illegal, and she was a family member. As you can see I love supporting local business and he made me go to quicken loans after him and of course their lines are recorded so they are extremely careful and professional. I have since purchased two homes and I am about to purchase an new one I am now using a local loan officer and the difference is night and day she is extremely professional something John was not. If you are a simple case and he can close you very easily he is great but if you want to trust your loan officer and expect ethical service he is far from ethical.

I had the pleasure of working with John through mutual clients. John worked with them to make sure they were qualified before they contacted me to begin their home search. John and his team work diligently to ensure a smooth transaction. In fact everything was completed so we were able to close early! I highly recommend him and can't wait for our next transaction!

Got some great advise from John coats. You can tell he is a great guy and he is an expert at his job. I didn't have much to offer him with my situation but he was honest and straight forward. Would recommend to anyone. John coats is well know in the phx area and I've heard nothing but great things about him. Yelp is the best way to find great people. ThAnk you John
