Felix is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He is extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. My wife and I used Felix for our first home purchase and it was an amazing experience. He was always willing to help and answer questions when needed. My credit score was not in the best shape but Felix did not give up on me like other Loan Officers I've talked to in the past. Felix was patient and went over what I needed to address on my credit to be able to buy a house. After helping me fix my credit score, Felix was able to get me approved for a loan for my first house! Felix Marquez was phenomenal to deal with. He helped us with info before we even thought about selling our previous home and moving to Texas. We then used him to secure our home loan for our new home and I could not be happier with his customer service skills, ability to find what we needed, and execute our loan with precision. Indebted to Felix for how awesome everything went on what would have been an incredibly stressful time without him.
