        I have handicapping conditions that cause me problems transferring onto the table. They went the extra mile to assist me without making me feel that I was a problem. Kudos.

        Accompanied my mom to her appointment. Arrived 15 mins early to appointment, checked in. Receptionist barely looked up from her screen the entire time. Waited 30 mins, sat in the chairs directly in front of the reception desks and finally after everyone who came if after us, were seen, I asked how much longer it would be, only to be told another 30 minutes. An update would have been a thoughtful gesture but instead it seemed I wasn't fully check in. It's been over an hour and still waiting. Not what I expected walking into this place.
