Wow , Im so impressed with ViTal4men! ...UNLIKE other Dr Offices where the practitioners are rushed ...Vital4men is an Establishment where they EXPLAIN everything! Shane Cook was awesome! He asks YOU if you have any questions ( Lab Results, Hormone therapy etc ) ...the medical assistants & Office staff are Great as well!....Trust me Go There and see for yourself ...you won't regret it ! You'll feel much better with Testosterone therapy --more energy (Everything ;) else too!... oh yea they take most insurance plan's including Blue cross Blue shield ..But call and get your PLAN verified. They do have self pay options as well that seem affordable.

This place is up to no good. No one ever got back to me to let me know about insurance coverages. When I called to find out, we got to talking about the vials being covered by insurance she said theyre not. I said thats funny they were covered with my urologist. Then she said that the injections have to be given by them. I do my own. Of course this is how they make more money, greedy busines! This was not discussed at my consultation. Be careful of places like this trying to heard in as many sheep as possible
