Ive been coming here since they opened and were originally in El Mirage. I have been attempting to be seen for my medication refills, Ive had 4 cancellations in the last month with no phone calls, email or a follow up. It seems like no one cares. Their excuse is that my doctor is not there or available. They have not offered me another option. Ive had to miss work 4 different times only to show up to my appointments and be told when I arrived that my appointment is canceled. This happened this week, last week and prior weeks. Please care about your patients and administrate correctly on the scheduling as my health, time and finances depend on it. Thank you!

Everything went great except for the staff who helped take me out on a wheelchair she kept letting my foot hit corners, she was inconsiderate of my injuries being from that foot which should have been obvious with it being in a brace everyone else had no problem maneuvering me on the wheelchair so could have been 5 but yeah 3.
