Dont ever go to this office there terrible and unprofessional the staff are rude and the management doesnt know what there doing and by the way you have to wait for over an hour to be seen

Ive been on the phone waiting for over an hour.Ive been waiting since 12 to get a hold of someone, called multiple times and requested a call back and its almost closing time. Why isnt anyone answering the phones!? I have an important matter and would like to schedule an appointment.

Ive been waiting for a prescription since November 2023 from this office. I spoke to them a week and a half ago and have yet to receive my prescription. Theres no communication between them and the referrals. I just called him again today. Well see what happens If they return my call every time I call it seems like we go back-and-forth with a tag game..

Do not come to Adelante Healthcare in Peoria, AZ, if you want to be seen by a professional and knowledgable medical provider. Find a better place for your healthcare needs; any place would be better! Incorrect everything! Don't waste your time. Management is unavailable; even the employees give Adelante poor reviews. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sara Huerta MA, is unprofessional, rude, lacks basic knowledge of the office, disrespectful, unhelpful, and disengaged; went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. Tiana Roth, DNP, FNP-C, doesn't appear to possess even basic medical knowledge; to be seen by her is a waste of your time and money!!!
