Specialized Flooring / Kitchen and Baths

This company doesn't even rate a 1 star. We had floors throught the house installed 2 years ago. The people who were hired by the company that sold us the floor to install the floors, damaged them upon moving the furniture back by dragging the furniture across the floor. Consequently there are scratches and marks flawing the floors. The salesmen were told of this immediately after it happened and they looked at it. They said there was nothing to worry about, it would be fixed. Now 2 years later they are going back on their word and stating there is nothing wrong with it. They now state they will not fix the floor. Their men caused the flaws and the floor looks horrible. I have talked with them on a regular basis to get this fixed and getting no where.

Rolands team was very professional. They re-modeled two showers and the tile work was beautiful. Very experienced. Easy to work with and project was completed on time!!

I was referred to Specialized Flooring by a friend who had flooring installed in two separate homes. I was nervous because I this was my first remodel that would involve three bathrooms. My in-home consultation was quickly scheduled and the owner, Rolan, arrived on time. Rolan was very helpful and provided lots of ideas to update our 20-year old bathrooms. We stopped by the store, were shown several options and found the perfect tiles, mosiacs, shower fixtures and tub to match my home decor. The work was scheduled and took only seven days to complete. The guys who completed the work were great. They arrived at 9am everyday and worked continuous until early evening and kept us in the loop with their progress. Rolan and Arnold stopped-by several times to check on the progress. Rolan even took care of a late sink addition that I decided to add after the project was underway. When the project was complete, Rolan and Arnold arrived for the walk-thru. We were completely satisfied with the work from start to finish. I'm so grateful that I had a great experience that ended with three beautiful bathrooms and a team of professionals that I'd do business with again.

Specialized flooring remolded my entire home from floors to countertops even enlarging my shower! Everything turned out beautiful and we are very happy with their work !

Home addition, Arnold was able to find reasonable match of tile to existing home tile. Installation in two phases with no problems, especially over transition space. Very professional. General contractor impressed.
