Disappointing getting half a blizzard. Ordered the new peanut butter cookie dough blizzard, but there was no cookie dough when I got home! So much for trying a new flavor.

I went to Dairy Queen drive through last night and order the chocolate brownie extreme mini blizzard. As I drove off,
I started eating the ice cream and only kept getting chocolate pieces that tasted like peanut butter cups.
Which was strange because I dont recall that being an ingredient in the choco brownie extreme. I continued to eat the blizzard waiting to come across a brownie and got towards the end and realized there was no brownie pieces. I called Dairy Queen and
Spoke with Layla, the manager, and asked her what was supposed to go inside of the blizzard. She confirmed chocolate bites and brownies. I told her there were no brownies in mine and thats what I really wanted. She told me to bring the product back and she would exchange it. I told her I had ate most of it because I was expecting for the brownie to be at the bottom because sometimes they dont mix it all the way. She said just bring it in.
So today I went I exchange my ice cream and she declined. I didnt get what I paid for and
All I wanted was my ice cream with brownie.
She refused to do anything for me. Poor customer service all around.
Im sooo annoyed. Especially because Im 9
Months pregnant and wanted what I was
Craving and promised by Layla.
