I had the pleasure of working with Chris Simonds and I had a difficult divorce after 24 years of marriage. Chris was there to guide me all the way and gave me great advice that was always spot on as to what the judge and the other lawyer would do or say, and I felt very comfortable working with him. The divorce took 14 months to close due to many issues created by my ex but we were successful in getting to the finish line and I felt we had a fair settlement.
We also had a problem created by my ex with selling the mutual residence after the divorce was final, and Chris actually got the judge to grant me a $7,100 payment from my ex because of the delay.
Additionally, I felt the charges from Simonds law firm were reasonable and just and I highly recommend them to anyone having to go through a divorce.

I would recommend Simons Law Group to anyone who needs a great family law attorney. After multiple bad experiences with over priced and extremely unorganized previous lawyers, Kate was a welcomed surprise. She was great with paperwork and was great at fighting for me when I needed it. Divorcing with a child is a very emotional time and I always felt 100 times better after speaking with her.
