Circle K

Circle circus!! Come on Circle K! You have the best coffee in town but that is all you have.. the store is super slow and under staffed! This is the general structure of Circle K around the Glendale Peoria area. Why is that when there are QT's on every other corner? The store is dirty 80% of the time. I think they need a new CEO, change to customer focus and the profits will come. You are bleeding money from lost customers. They know that they can go to QT and be out in a flash... not at Circle K. Be prepared to wait in line!

I don't think people look at yell to decide if they are going to Circle K but maybe the manager or General manager will see this. This is a nice store BUT the service sucks! The line is often out of the door. On more than one occasion I have, as a customer, have had to get the other person from the back to help at the register! I am really surprised that this company hasn't taken some example from QT. The service is slow AF and the employees do t care! There is no plan of action when the line is out the door and people are walking out with merchandise. This model cannot be helpful for the bottom line.

There is a clueless young blonde employee that I have the pleasure (lol) of encountering on many occasions. He is harmless but one time was shouting about washing the dishes with and i quote "half-ass water", it is alright because I got a good laugh but i don't think i will be buying coffee at any point because i am assuming that is what the "half-ass water" was cleaning. Other than that i have had great service and employees are so nice!

- negative STARS So, have you heard.... New policies abound at Circle K....  Better have your pertinent information (ie: Drivers License) ready to buy..... LOTTERY TICKETS. I drove to a nearby Circle K today (as I always do) and Beverly the clerk asked for my ID when I tried to purchase 7.00 worth of Lottos....I thought for a minuet she was trying to be nice...and kidding around I mean WHO CARDS for Lottery TICKETS? I mean you only have to be 18 to buy them....SO CIRCLE K why do you need to see anything this 53 YEAR OLD HAS..... I AM GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY FROM NOW ON AT QT!!! HURASS SOMEONE ELSE........
