This company did is involved with a GC who filed for bankruptcy leaving us sub contractors unpaid. Here is an email I sent them: Let me make this crystal clear if you did not get it in our phone conversation. You were trying to wash your hands and say its all going legal from here you have to contact their attorney We are not going down that road at all! Feel free to go this route with another subs but we are going to aggressively pursue the money we are owned. We are going to put on a full court press! We hold the keys (literarily to your doors) You have our products (and our labor) to install them and we are still owed $23,419.43 Trust me when I say its much better for you to pay us what we are rightfully owned for our materials and labor then to have me come remove and repo our doors to your building leaving you not able to lock up and secure your building. I will also slap you guys directly with a law suite that states you were complicit with your General Contractor and intentionally orchestrated this bankruptcy in order to screw hardworking sub contractors. Either way you are going to rack up attorney fees to answer the charges and deal with us. In the long run you will be much better served just paying us the amount we are owed $23,419.43 Do the math for yourselves take the gamble of what new doors are going to cost you if we have to remove them, Do the math and see what your attorney fees are going to be. Just pay us the small balance we are owed $23,419.23 on the project that in total was $139,074.85 and we close the books and go away! *** I would not have anything to do with this company ***
