Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Pretty good food, but this was a takeout order and they gave us zero barbecue sauce. What kind of bbq place doesnt even provide sauce? And my spicy chicken sandwich was completely naked, also with no sauce. Not spicy either. Good thing I had some bbq sauce on hand to rescue this meal or it would have been a total bust. 4 sandwiches, $60 and no sauce, napkins or utensils. We werent even offered anything. Fair warning if you do takeout: check your bag and ask for the things that, according to the menu, should have been part of the meal.

It wasn't fabulous. It wasn't bad. The atmosphere, service and food were average. The burnt ends and garlic mashed potatoes were good. The pulled pork, corn muffins, fries and salad - just ok. The bbq sauces provided at the table - disappointing . Not sure if we will give it another try .

We chose to celebrate my mother's birthday at Famous Daves with a group of 20 people. The manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating us on short notice. Our waiter was exceptionally kind and provided excellent service, making it a memorable dining experience with top-notch customer service.
