If you have a Bosch appliance don't bother - they will not help you. Drove there twice (60 mins round trip) - 2nd time with an actual photo of my refer label. I was told I still did not have the model number. Finally got through to Bosch and I did in fact have my model #. I was able to order the part after a 45 minute hold time. BTW Spencer's and Lowes recommended these guys. If I visit this company again it will be a last resort effort.

Excellent help. They had my dryer inside light. $1.84 !

The heavy set gentleman with a blondish beard was very rude and unhelpful. Another location called and held an item for us here and the gentleman kept insisting the item wasnt held because there was no phone number on it. Turns out our item was actually laying on the counter, on hold. Fool.

When my father needed help buying pieces for his freezer, the bald white guy in the front was really rude to him because he did not speak English well. The worker was really impatience, did not want to talk to us, and when they brought out the product we were gonna buy the plug was bent; so i asked for a new piece and he grumbled getting another one. He also sold us the wrong product and when we returned it (not even opened) he yelled at us saying there is no return policy. We asked them before about their return policy before with another employee and they said if it was not open, we could. But the next day, the bald guy said he couldnt return it even though we asked his co-worker. He then went back and said fine, ill do it "this" time. The first guy we spoke with was nice, but the other guy was so rude, impatience, and spoke down to us.
