Maintenance team is amazing. Very quick and thorough. Fixes everything in a timely manner and back to new.

I've lived here going on 4 years! They have definitely done a few new things to the apartments and I'm loving it. When it comes to fixing things in our apartments or if something happens, they're definitely quick and dependable. They are also very kind and friendly. They explain everything to you bout what's goin to happen. If you have any questions or issues they are there to listen and help us out. They make you feel comfortable and not embarrassed about the issues that happened and they just want to make sure everything gets taken care of. That we are satisfied and that we got the service we needed. I love living here. As far as apartments go, this is hands down the best place I've lived!

We lived here 3.5 years and never had a problem. The maintenance team was fantastic and that includes the management team. We moved in with my daughter due to health issues or we would have stayed. If you want a safe and secure place to live I suggest Rancho Del Sol apartments.
