Payson Water Department

I like to thank the employee what came out the last time to read my meter. He knocked on our door to ask, if we had any water running. I told him no. He looked around for leaks, but could not find any. So he told us, he will keep a eye on our meter. He also told us, it would be a good idea, to call a plumber to check underneath the home for leaks. I'm so grateful to him for saying something. We had higher bills now for several months. Our last bill was almost $180.00. The plumber found two leaks under the house. Since I did not catch he's name, I still want to thank him. This men cares enough, to knock on my door and tell me of his findings. He should get a raise. You don't find many people who care enough. Thank you so much.

Not having a customer service respondent/service for residents to speak with 24/7 to report degradation of service or outages should be addressed. When we have little to no pressure, it would be helpful to understand the estimated time to restore service.

This company doesn't have customer service. You all are punks for shutting off the water after THEY were paid . THEY JUST LEFT MY FAMILY WITH NO WATER FOR 3 DAYS AND 5 KIDS AT HOME .THE MANAGER IS SKUMM
