Phil was highly recommended by my mortgage broker. I am new to the area and Phil listened to what I wanted in a home. He found the perfect home for me in a very nice neighborhood. Phil negotiated a much better price and kept me up to date with the closing progress, making the buying experience extremely easy. He knows the town of Payson well, he is easy to work with, and is great at communication. Phil also knows all the right people in town if you need anything done around the house. I highly recommend Phil if you are looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

Phil is an outstanding realtor and an all-around great guy! We came to visit Payson for a week in July to scout it out to see if we wanted to move here. We had another trip planned to Tennessee in August to check out that area as well. I connected with Phil shortly before we arrived in Payson. He picked us up from our Airbnb, drove us all over town, and even took us to look at four or five homes for sale just to get a feel for the area. All of that without even knowing for certain that we were going to be moving here. Well, we loved it and canceled our other trip. We stayed in a rental for a couple of months and Phil was very patient as we visited home after home until we finally found the right one. Cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you sir!
