We switched to Griffin Propane yesterday and are already blown away by their stellar customer service! From our initial interaction to delivery and install yesterday, we have always been greeted with kindness and professionalism. The 3 gentlemen who came for install yesterday, Charles, Alan and Ben were so informative about what to expect and what needs to be reported. They were on time and done in a reasonable amount of time, maybe 2 hours to install the piping and 2 tanks. We are happy to be giving our business to a company that treats clients with kindness and respect and are referring everyone we know to them. Thank you Griffin propane team! -Justin and Nikki Wilson.
