Very unprofessional went there for homeowners insurance, we were just given the run around then we were turned down she did try to try a different option but by this time we had gone somewhere else and had no problems whatsoever! When she did finally call back we told her we went somewhere else, she asked where we went but we said we wouldnt share that info she got a bit snooty and hung up definitely wont be going there for any future insurance needs but I dont think she wants to help us anyway
