    UPDATE 6/2023 I decided I just wanted to get this over with and offered to pay over half the shipping that was never communicated with the original order. I picked up my boxed cabinets only to find them with mold from sitting in the rain and no shelves or trim. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are who I thought they were! I wish I could rate them worse, but there is always the Attorney General and..... I purchased land and a home to be built. My builder contracted with American Sales to supply interior products, such as cabinets, tile, carpet, granite and so on. The home wasn't even started, and I met with the representative from American Sales. I wanted to be ahead of the project and have color, quality and matches pick out and be done with it. It also made it easier for my builder to have this done sooner than later. I made 4 or 5 trips of 3-hour roundtrip to American Sales to complete the selections. The project was going as planned and into the finish stages and then we were notified that they couldn't get my cabinets, tile and other misc. materials, even though I paid extra for each. I than had to try and emulate my selections, of which were minimal or none, but finally. did. We were than notified of extended delivery time which. caused me to have to rent pods to store my home in and find. temporary shelter, which wasn't easy due to limited availability. and at a much-elevated cost, because I was given a move in date for which my builder had calculated the given dates and I had sold my house. On top of that, once things did come in, they were wrong colors and not done as planned and to the point my realtor stepped in also, because she felt it wasn't right. This put me back 3 months plus and 15,000 to 20,000 out of pocket and could have been avoided with a little communication and attention to detail. Now when I thought all that was over, I had ordered a cabinet for an open spot in my master. American Sales estimated a 24"x47"x9' cabinet at 3262, which I thought was a little much, but also wanted it to match the existing cabinets. I was notified it was in and I owed 850 for shipping. I was never advised there was an added shipping charge, when I gave them my CC for payment. As I told them I would have never completed the order, because I thought 3262 was a little much, but it matched. The 850 for shipping is interesting, when you can ship a full-grown car from Florida for 500. I have tried to communicate with AS and nothing. They have my original payment and my cabinet, so what do they have to lose? They are in a business that may just be the most important for a homeowner and the way their home looks and how smooth the process goes. I have explained my side to them and the fact I was never notified of the shipping and have a text where she states she was sorry, but nothing. I have bought sold and rehabbed many houses and this by far is the worst. My past history was in Phoenix, and I was told this is the Payson way.
