        Andrea replaced our water pump and found a leak we didn't know about. He put the new pump in a location that was easily accessible. Great job

        If you need help, call them!!! Plastic top broke off plug for hot water heater, leaving the rest of the plastic in the threads. I COULD NOT get it out = no hot water. He got it out, put the new plug in and even blew out the gunk accumulated in the refrigerator compartment. VERY nice & helpful. Only gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give them more.

      Hello from Andrae & Kathleen. We are full-time RVers who travel and work from the road with our two dogs Gunther and Ranger. Andrae is an NRVTA Certified RV Technician and Kathleen is the Office Manager. Our passion is to provide “old-school” customer service to fellow RVers and help them get back on the road with ease and a little humor to help lighten the load.
