        Not good at all. Do not use auto pay, they will add things to your bill you never asked for then increase your payment without notice.

        This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every single time I have an issue I have to deal with so much frustration and hassle and cant get the help I need. Their service is great, but their company is so horrible!! This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Do NOT waste your time with this company, you will have nothing but trouble.

        The company is not any better than they were as Suddenlink in fact Suddenlink was better. These guys are so much more of a joke I have had nothing but problems from day 1 and don't even get me started on the pricing I'm paying $40 more a month now with all of the nightmares on my Wi-Fi and landline issues without a tivo box that I had when I was with suddenlink it's absurd and unfortunately this is the only cable company in Parker
