McDonald's

This McDonald's single handedly made me quit Door Dash. I've heard of the long wait and bad customer service McDonald's gives dashers. So when my 2nd dash ever wanted me to go to McDonald's, I declined. Half an hour later, the same order was still needing delivered so I finally accepted it. I accepted the 2nd offer of the order at 4pm. A manager with short white hair was bagging the food. Even tho the customer placed the order 30 minutes prior, they hadn't started it. I stood there for at least half an hour (for 1 combo meal) while I watched them serve every order that came in after me.

Waited 28 minutes at the drive through after placing my order. I was told to pull forward and park at a waiting area. There were 2 cars that went through the drive through after me. I finally walked inside to find out none was going to bring my order out. There were 2 couples ordering inside, not busy one employee was washing windows. I'm a disabled Veteran and don't walk that well I use the drive through a lot.

Food was horrible. I have never had a good meal at this location. $37.00 for one quarter pound cheese meal, two quarter pound hamburgers with no buns, and one six piece Chicken nuggets. The hamburger bun was stale , the fries were stale, the chicken nuggets were stale, and the meat in no way was one quarter pound. No lettuce for lettuce wrap so we were forced to have hamburgers on top of chopped lettuce. The only thing that I cannot complain about this place was the soda. The sofa was good. Corporate should check this place out. They are not meeting the franchise standard.

Received this " lucky " nugget on Valentine's Day and was very welcomed by the professional and courteous staff at this McDonald's. I've ordered online in the past and never had any problems with my orders and the food was always delivered hot and fresh and in a very timely manner. They also have an excellent assortment of freshly baked pastries, cinnamon rolls/muffins, etc. for dessert or to go with their fresh brewed teas and coffees. A must stop for a quick brunch if you're in town. Also, masks ARE REQUIRED to enter this establishment and there are hand sanitizers available inside for customer use and the tables and other areas are promptly sanitized after and in between customers. They also offer separate bathrooms for Men and Women.
