I bought a used chainsaw on layaway. When I got it out in the field to use, it would not cut. When I brought it back to Page a Honda the owner Gaywin accused me of lying to try and get a new chain because he said that the chain had been sharpened by a file and they have no file in their shop. Not only did they sell me a used saw with a destroyed chain, they accused me of lying.

On a trip from Oregon, the chain on my Suzuki Vstrom 1000 failed with a ton of slack in Zion park. Calling them from Kanab that afternoon, I made an appointment for the next morning. They got me in, had a chain, but the tech cut it wrong, and they didn't have another. Things happen. They DROVE to Flagstaff for another chain, got it replaced, and after looking at the charge, they didn't charge me full labor and parts. Things happen, they happen to me all the time, all part of the adventure, right ? Great people, every one of them, they just really want to help, and they saved my vacation. I'd go to them anytime.
