Pictures are deceiving and the rooms are much more dated than shown on the website. AC/heater was working fine, we had hot showers, room cleanliness was acceptable. Carpets were gross but it's the same at expensive hotels so just wear shoes. Overall it was excellent value, convenient location and staff were friendly. I appreciated the to-go breakfast and we parked right beside our room. My only complaint was that the rooms weren't fairly represented in the pictures, could hear next door guests talking and the bed sheets had dried blood stains on them.

Stayed here last Thursday night since I was in Page as part of a multi day trip since the rate was reasonable and the location was good. The check in was a little slow and at times it was a little noisy. While the room was clean the hotel wasn't anything fancy which for the price that's to be expected. The parking area is a little tight and was somewhat small

Great price. The rooms are relatively clean. I hav extended my stay several times. Definitely recommend when you are in Page. The breakfast is not worth waking up for.

Never write a review before, all the more a bad review! We checked in at 1am because we had a very long trip from Arches National Park. Thats why we were so tired. At 9.30 am the housekeeping knocked our door and asked us to check out at 11. We said ok then. At 11 she SMACKED our door, and I said okay, just give me 5 minutes while my husband packed our stuffs. And the housekeeping answered If u dont check out now I will charge you!. She answered very ruthlessly with her displeased face. I was so shocked and packed the stuffs no more than 5 minutes. The reception no less cruel. When I checked out, I asked for a fork because I had yesterdays leftovers. But she said NO because the breakfast time was over. I believe she could help me to take the fork if she wanted to. Overall the service is 0! Never come back to this hotel again!!!
