Dr Klimentidis and all the staff at The Bailey Veterinary Medical Center are awesome. They took us in as a new patient without any notice. My dog was in need of urgent care and they were wonderful. They explained everything in detail and gave us options. My dog was very happy with everyone as well.

Best veterinary clinic in Tucson in my humble opinion. I have a pug who has all kinds of medical issues and Dr. Jobe and her staff keep her healthy and happy. I have another who is very reactive with people, and they go out of their way to take the extra steps to make his visits stress free. Dr. Jobe always takes the time to listen and understand my concerns, and is extremely thorough and thoughtful in her treatment plan. Thanks to you all from Murphy and Max!!

This is a very loving and caring practice. We have an 8 yr old Aussie who usually has to be muzzled at the vetbut not here. Dr K was calm and gentle and with Marcela giving him treats during the exam he didnt get agitated. They answered all my questions and took a conservative approach to diagnosis and treatment which I appreciated. We are very pleased with the approach and care received.

Easy to book an appointment. Brought back to examine room right away. Caring staff. Was great with my dog and wait time while in examine room wasnt long. Reasonable prices.

We really wanted to love this practice as we were specifically looking for an independent clinic and wanted to support this new team. Making an appointment was easy and convenient, the practice is new, very clean and looks great. The vet techs and assistants were super nice. Unfortunately however, our diagnosing vet, very much independent from the issue we visited for, kept pushing for having our dog spayed for alleged preventative reasons as well as arguing against us feeding our dog a raw diet. Both decisions we made consciously and very much informed and did not at all appreciate her repeated pushing against our decisions. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. For the actual reason we visited her, suspected bladder stones, we got prescribed antibiotics and a prescription diet and got told that our dog will now potentially have to eat this prescription diet (with zero nutritional value and which is proven to cause other long term issues) for the rest of her life! Needless to say, we consulted a pet nutritionist afterwards, did not use the prescription food and still managed to dissolve her stones while constantly monitoring the situation with a different vet. It did not come as a surprise to us when a couple of weeks after our visit the vet practice posted a thank you huge pet food giant for the great lunch and learn you sponsored. We value a vet who focuses on each pet independently and only has their best interest in mind and for that reason is willing to consider an alternative treatment path and not only conventional treatments sponsored by the big pet food giants without questioning the actual value of their claims. We did not feel like we received good, independent advise tailored to us and hence will not be returning as we dont think this will be working out for us.
