        If I could give 0 stars I would. We drive over an hour to go the vet here. We were ten minutes late, and even called to say we were running late. When we arrived, they said they had a very hard rule to not see you if youre late. What???? Likewe called and said we were going to be late and they said OK. A mom with three children and a lab in her van for over an hour and they say, sorry, we refuse to see you!!??!! Horrible. Shame on you.
