        Victoria cashier was rude, ignorant and clearly doesn't know what the refund policys are. I had my receipt and still requested my I.D then she gave me a merchandise credit when I paid with my debit credit card she's the worst.

        I was told when I purchased my plant pot that I would be able to come back in the spring to get the stand that went with it. I came back yesterday to get the stand and the cashier spoke with Stephanie and Stephanie gave me a weird/rude look and spoke into her headset and then said " no we don't have any" in a condescending tone. (As a person who worked in retail for 9 years myself I realize it can be a frustrating job) Stephanie- it is not what you say but how you say it... I'll be back and speak with a different manager who is hopefully less condescending.
