I called with a broken screen. I'm only here a few days for vacation but have to work part of the time. I hot a call right back. They said they were boked far out. However the wonderful man walked me through disabling my touchscreen so I could work. Huge help! I would have had to take time off that I really couldn't. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Did some Googles last week looking for computer shops. This was one of them. Decided to go by since reviews seemed good. GPS takes me to a post office. I see no signage indicating this business is located around there. I called the listed Google number no less than 15 times only to be sent to voicemail every time. Tried again today, 11.27 and same thing. What's the point of a phone number if you do not answer? Why do you have an address that leads you to a post office? Do better.

We are sorry you feel this way. Even though last week was Thanksgiving, we check our voicemails daily. We have no record of 15 calls from the same phone number, much less a single voicemail message from you. We closed our retail store in August and Google has just recently updated our listing with our mailing address. We have requested Google to remove the new mailing address from our listing, but apparently it takes Google a while to update. Our web site and Google listing both reference the fact that we only provide on-site or remote services. I suppose we cannot please everyone, but we hope you will reconsider your review/rating.
