The Lazy Frog Furniture

One of my family members went to buy some furniture that she had seen and asked about the price a day before. The man that was at the store was very rude and disrespectful to her! He called her nasty names just becuse. The people that own this business need to hire better people. Never will i go and consume at this business.

The service they provide there is rubbish, there is never anyone available to provide good service. If they are going to work on their customer service, they must learn to treat their customers better, thanks to whom they have a business.

I never write reviews, however, I've never been so disrespected in a store. I went one day and inquired on a price, then went back the following day to make the purchase; only to be told the price was much higher and that I was crazy for stating the price was different a day prior. I honestly didn't mind paying more, but being called names for stating a fact, so disrespectful and zero customer service. Will never recommend this store and I hope the owner realizes that he needs to improve his quality of service.
