Whoever works night or late shifts, this is not the place to rent. It's 10:12pm and I'm waiting for a parking spot to be available, I already counted 10 cars driving around to find a parking spot. whoever built this place, did a very bad job.. The owner should do something about it, you will lose a lot of business with this problem. Ill Rather go back to other town and pay more rent than struggle to find a parking spot

The leasing agents in the front office, Neysa and Andrea, they've been helpful with everything and even though there were a lot of bumps on the road to find an apartment, we were able to move in well and happy. Edit: DO NOT RENT HERE. I get it. There is literally no other place in Nogales to rent but please do not give money to these people. First of all after a while of moving in we learned that the parking in this place is absolutely awful. It's horrendous. There is not reserved parking and if you want to park near your apartment you better get there early which is nearly impossible at some times. The parking here is so bad that one night ALL the parking lots were full. They expected me to drive outside the apartment complex to park my car since the parking in front of my apartment was full. So since I've seen cars park on this little rock path I decided to park there. Boom. In the morning I came to find out my car was towed. When I went to the office they simply said ohh yeah you're not allowed to park there. Where is the notice?? Where were you when other cars parked there?? Speaking of parking, expect to get your car scratched or dinged cause once again the parking here sucks. When trying to rent here, bumps in the road were an understatement. It took us literal MONTHS to get an apartment because they kept giving the apartment to someone else. This is a kid friendly neighborhood but one of the parking areas is in front of the park which leaves your car susceptible to damage. Two stars cause there's literally no where else to live and it's convenient but for the price of money we're paying we deserve better than this. Spanish translation. Neysa was so polite & helped us immediately once we got in contact with her. She was easy to get ahold of & made this process for us so easy. We were so nervous with this being our first home & not having luck with previous landlords & she made this such an enjoyable process.

We are moving to Santa Carolina Apartments. Neysa has been a God sent. She answered all my questions and helped me though every step of the way. Every place I found was rented so quickly it was nice to have someone on my side finally helping me. It was great how available she was though Facebook also. Thank you so much for all the help! You have made our move so much smoother than pervious places. The apartment is beautiful and I look forward to being in these well located apartments for years to come.
