Date: April 8 2024 Hi, I go to the Brake Master on Lyndsay and Baseline in Mesa Arizona. Lori the manager is great and so is her staff. I have been coming here for 4 to 5 years and highly recommend this location. I Great .. It's a wonderful place to get my oil changed... And to get my transmission flushed and my brakes changed. Lori is awesome! Ive been coming here for 4-5 years. Every other mechanic Ive gone to, I either feel pressured or leave eventually having more problems. They always take care of me, they try to find solutions, offer specials as often as they can, and never have any issues. One of the best mechanic stores ever!

Dropped my van off at Brake Masters for a brake pad change, and Lori made the whole process super easy and friendly. I barely had to lift a finger, and now my brakes are perfect. Big shoutout to Lori and the team for a smooth experience!
