Be extremely careful with this company. First, they installed a faulty softener system that leaked water and spoiled a part of our new home. Second, I called them to service my RO system, and now the lady on the phone started being rude saying that they would never service because we left a negative review. This company is far from customer service and infact troubling customer more by saying that negative review means no service.

Our first water softener from Ameriflow stopped working . The tech said it needed new resin that was covered under the warranty. We were told the labor would be about $500. We opted to buy a new unit. It is less than one year old one does not work properly. It does not regenerate automatically. I have to regen it manually to keep the water soft. Ameriflow reuses to believe it has an issue and just gives me the run around. This company is not credible. Their warranyt on the first one was deceptive implying the resin was covered by warranty and they won't resolve the issue on the second. Suggest anyone thinking about use this company look up their reviews on the Better Business website. I am not alone trying to get service.

Kristie really went the extra mile with customer servicewhen scheduling our water softener install she took time to go through things in detail, called back after getting disconnected, and it really felt like she genuinely cared. I couldnt not give her a great review. Thank you, Kristie! I hope the install and completion of service finish up as great as it has started so far!

The worst experience I ever had. They installed a new water softener system at our new house and then it leaked water during re generation causing a significant damage. I had to followup with their so called manager for 3 days to get on a line on damages and he was the most rude fellow I ever spoke with. I was not looking for money but a mere apology, and that fellow speaks like we will give u 300, do whatever u want. It's absolutely useless n rude!!! Never ameriflow again, and will ensure I post across all new built about my experience. Worst, worst n worst!! Update :- 04/08 - I called them to get RO filters replaced, and the lady on the phone clearly mentioned that if you write a negative review, they will not service. She was rude to the core and unwilling to speak. That speaks volumes about the kind of customer service they provide. I had ameriflow systems in all my houses but would never again get another system with them, absolute nightmare. One should make a negative review to positive by providing nice work, but this company is the opposite. So, beware to never to get a ameriflow water system.
