I bought a car from them years ago. AC went out in a day, they had it for days to fix it. Another few days and it's out again, needed a while new AC system and because of the temporary fixes and you driving it - you're stuck with the car. Won't give you your money back and won't let you out of the loan. It's criminal and the guys allowing this we can only hope get a fatal car accident while driving one of the POS cars they sell.

I'm giving them 5 stars cuz I think there was a misunderstanding and may do the right thing in the end, but our day in court is April 25 at 2:30 in Superior Court in Phx. I welcome u all to come see if they do the right thing or be exposed and guilty of Fraud. Let the judgement speak for itself. I'll win no question based on my diligent documentation and use of a third party mechanic to document every move I made. Oh they still have my $5500.00 down payment and re-po'd the broken down heap they sold me. DO THE RIGHT THING

I put money down on a work truck and explained to Darius the time constraints of the situation (urgent). He took my money and had me sign to hold the truck (needed repairs because I found a coolant leak on inspection that they somehow “missed”). After taking my money, proceeded to explain that they didn’t have the title. He asked me to wait, said it should be here by May 24th. It’s now May 27th, and they still don’t have the title. Told another 5 days from now!! Asked for my money back, was referred to Preston, and got told that he lost money by holding the truck for me. So not only did they almost sell me a defective vehicle without a title, I’m now out money because of their incompetence. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Their 15 day, 500 mile warranty for "... ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used..." is a joke. I contacted Darius, the salesperson, approx 10 days and 400 miles after purchase to notify him of a defective defroster. He said they don't cover that. Spoke with owner Preston and he refused to honor it. I thought these were good people. They are just scumbag used cars salesmen in my opinion and experience of them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. WE WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT with Notarized Affidavits of date of failure and notarized independent witness affidavit to the mileage as we are in Flagstaff and driving back down 175 miles to their lot would have caused us to exceed the 500 mile warranty. Really a shame. It was only a $300-$600 fix. Now, when they lose, it will cost them much, much more with court costs, attorneys fee, and punitive damages to the full extent the law will allow. Lots of wasted time money and effort when all they had to do was honor their written warranty. A working defroster is certainly part of a vehicle's "ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used."
