Kevin was absolutely amazing in being honest and truthful about my car! My bank was giving me issues so he recommended me go to a different credit union and they gave me half of the interest rate that my bank was going to. Not only that, but he let me take the car that I was purchasing to the bank to apply for this auto loan, Thats not trusted humanity I dont know what is! Absolutely great place to buy a car and very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend going here!

Bought a car for my son. We test drove it, was never pressured. They replaced all 4 tires at no charge and very personable. I will come back to buy another car soon. Kevin and Rony were great, no hassle.

When I bought my car Kevin was very nice. When my car broke down on the side of the road. I called the dealer because we did purchase the warranty. Ron said to bring it to them and they would get it fixed as long as we had a warranty. So my husband brought it to them and delt with Ron. He told my husband that they would call me in the morning after calling the warranty company. I didn't get a call so I called them no answer. I got a call back from Ron only because he had a missed call by my number. I asked questions because this situation is new to me so I wanted to understand. He seemed annoyed that I was asking questions proceeded to tell me that it's not an over night thing. I needed to get stuff from the car so I came to the car. I was talking to the girl inside she asked me the kind of car which I don't drive it daily so I had to think about the car type. Ron then comes in saying I had an additide I stated that the person I spoke with this morning was rude and not very nice. He said it was him which I new that. He then said he don't need my addititude of which I didn't initially have. He said I can just take my car and take it elsewhere. Then outside he says get your car and get the f out of here.... so seems like they are all nice as pie when your spending money but not so much when they get a car back... I wouldn't refer anyone to get a car here and I for sure wouldn't come back again. Lack of communication and rudness isn't acceptable.
