Courtesy Kia has amazing service! Alex and Eddie showed exceptional knowledge and kindness to us. We had owned a Toyota for a long time but their inventory is so low we decided to look at Kia and we are so glad we did!! We absolutely love the higher level of technology, modern look, automatic start, keyless entry, apple play, WiFi, Siri, panoramic moonroof, heated seats, leather, lightening charger ports for every seat and many safety features!! Wow so many options and conveniences! We LOVE our new car! Thank you so much Courtesy Kia! We appreciate Eddies advice and help to pick the perfect car for our family. Alexs knowledge is phenomenal and he took A LOT of time to teach us how everything works. Chance in finance also stayed super late to complete all the paperwork. Great team!!! Oh, and something else so SWEET they delivered Chunk Cookies to our home as a thank you for our purchase!!!! We are happy customers!

4/4/24 - Michael was great. I arrived early and he immediately checked me in for my service appointment. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with. He even went the extra mile and washed my car. This was probably the best experience Ive had for service since I bought my Niro. Great job, Michael! 8/1/22 update - After purchasing my Kia Niro things were going smoothly until I had a flat tire. Needless to say, the process for getting it replaced was long and frustrating. Bottom line: my warranty required Kia to jump through paperwork hoops to get a new tire approved per the warranty. I was not the happiest customer there that day, but Austin was patient and kind and explained what steps needed to be taken. The good news is that Austins steadiness during my frustration kept my frustration level down and the final result was a new tire at no charge to me. Austin is a great service person and never waivered from his intention to satisfactorily assist me with honesty and integrity. Hes now my go to guy at Courtesy Kia. Thank you, Austin! Great job! I came in and had an amazing experience with Chey Free at Courtesy Kia! Kind, understanding and the best experience Ive had with any car dealership. Will recommend this Courtesy Kia to my friends and family!
