On of their trucks was on mckellips Monday the 5th of June 2023. The driver cut off two vehicles while going around them and serving into oncoming traffic where I was facing head on with this vehicle for a moment. The driver was more concerned with giving the finger to the vehicle he was cutting off instead of being safe

My dad and I were recently fired from Rango Inc after 8 to 9 Months of employment. I won't say we were perfect employees no one is but that doesn't mean we didn't try our best to the fullest extent we could. On multiple occasions we had to work 12+ hour shifts, we definitely did more than what others would. We were cussed out by the head supervisor. for leaving a tiny bit of grease on a handle which to me is unprofessional and poor business class, we had our jobs threatened multiple times and honestly the old management was by far better. Friday 10/06/2023 my dad and I were tasked with Prescott I couldn't complain since I liked it there, but our supervisor wanted to punish us for forgetting grease one day because the barrel was empty even though it had a foot and a half of grease left in it. His punishment was sending us to 67th so after we made sure we had everything we needed we left and got 67th done the excavator used a special kind of grease so we hand pumped it into the self greaser then we were off to Prescott in heavy traffic all the way there because we left so behind on our schedule, we set for ourselves. We arrived at Prescott at 7:30pm the front gate was locked, and we offered to come back the next day Saturday but there was a CAT employee there he cut the lock and we got to work. The previous team that was there the other day forgot a lot of grease fittings, oil levels weren't to the standard and that's not the first time this has happened Higley is another site we did and one night every CAT was low on motor oil, and I mean dangerously low. We finished up and got back to the Rango work yard Saturday morning at 7:40am I have call logs and time stamps that's how I know the times. We got home at 8:30am and then came the rest of the weekend. Monday morning, we got up got dressed and left for work then we got a phone call saying they decided to terminate our employment for no reason given meaning when we were fired, they didn't give us a reason why.
