Julian was so incredibly kind and helpful when I had a million questions about my tire warranty. He really took the time to answer each one I had, and helped me understand the ins and outs of what I was getting done to my car. The only reason I am giving four stars, however, is due to a tiny avoidable mistake in my service. One of my windshield wipers flew off of my car while I was on my way to work. I was pretty upset, and rightfully so. They heard me, understood my concerns, and made it right very quickly. Im a pretty loyal Firestone customer, and Ill definitely be back to this location because their customer service is absolutely stellar.

Absolutely dont recommend them and their tire warranty is a joke. I bought my tires from this store and I drove on them approximately 32,000 miles. The limited warranty is for 80,000. I asked to check one of my tire that was leaking a little air. They said the tread depth is low and cant repair. I went to get my tires checked about 8 months before and they said they didnt find any leaks. This store wanted to charge me almost the price of new one. They made every excuse to blame me that I dont perform the tire rotation regularly which is false. Even I bought the life time alignment from them, they blamed me. Dont waste your time and money and dont purchase any tire or warranty from them.

Really took great care of us! Thorough diagnostic and excellent repairs. Had a follow up visit and they were super helpful and accommodating to get us safely back on the road again. Thank you, Tyler!

I called & asked if I could make an appointment for a brake service. I was told yes, so I brought my car in. When I arrived I only asked about a brake service. I was told they would call me with a quote. I spoke with an older man. Without my consent I was given a full inspection. When they called me with a quote I was given a laundry list of potential issues with my car, including a bad engine & all my tires being bad. I decided to get a second opinion. No engine issue (was low on oil) & none of the tires are bad. When I went in to get my keys I was being charged for an inspection. I asked the younger gentleman helping me why I was being charged if I came in for brakes and never asked for any other service as you advertise free brake inspection. He promptly removed the charge and apologized. I feel this should have never happened in the first place. This felt very targeted and that there was an attempt to take advantage of a young female. Very disappointed with my visit. Was told I would receive an email with details of inspection and receipt. Only received email for review of service.
