Had my oil and filter changed here. It was by appointment. The staff was friendly. They did the usual safety check off the vehicle. A couple of the things they recommended were already done about a year ago (ie antifreeze and brake fluid exchange). But if going for just an oil change it was pretty painless and straight forward.
