We went into Imperial to match our travertine for a bedroom closet and an additional small bedroom. They didnt have the exact size but showed us something pretty close. We needed an installer and they said their guy probably couldnt make it this week but would call next week to measure. About three hours later he was at our place measuring. Two days later we had our estimate in hand. I asked them if they could install by May 01 and they said they would really try. A day later, the installer showed up to work the next three days. Total time from measure, estimate, and installation was like eight days. Thank you again for the awesome job and pushing me to the front of the line. Counter guys have always been very pleasant, of course I joke with them too.

Been in here many times looking for tile, was in there again today looking for slabs of stone. No one ever wants to help and are all too busy on their phones at the counter top. I have even emailed them. Its sad cause they have a lot of nice offerings. They are far from wholesale pricing on anything.

I had only been to floor and decor, but was thrilled to be able to take a couple of pieces of tile home to figure out what I wanted without standing in line to pay for it. Great customer service.
