Honestly the worst selling experience. Came in to sell, the wait was an hour! I didn't mind as I knew I had good stuff and was hoping they would take a good amount off my hands. Came in with brands such as Lululemon, Gymshark, NWT Zara, Free People & More. All in excellent condition. They took 23 items for $45.....each item they took retailed for over $45. These are items that are higher end. You're better off taking it to Buffalo exchange where they price items fair. I understand this location is in a terrible part of town...but do better! It's not fair for people who drive far to sell. I did bring it up to the sales associate and they said no matter retail they will probably sell it for $8-10 which you get $2 out of that. Customer service was awful. The lady working was kind, however the man working was a whole other story. Instead of talking back and fourth about your personal life, I would recommend focusing on the buys so the wait time isn't over an hour. Lastly, I do not believe they give you 40% for your items. I think that is a huge misleading part in this business, because if that was the case I would have been paid out more. Just seems like a scam This was super disappointing and a waste of my time. I won't be returning again.

I went in with modest expectations after reading mixed reviews. Ended up selling some items and received $38, which was fair considering I was going to donate them anyway. While I could have possibly earned more elsewhere, the convenience of the exchange outweighed the hassle of selling them myself. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly sorting through my items.

Incredibly rude staff and poor selection of clothing. The inside of the store was not clean and was run down in comparison to the other store on southern and Val vista. When I entered the store, the employee told me to make my kids sit on the ground and be quiet because there are too many breakables, not so much as a hello thank you for coming in. In response I told her I would keep my kids with me no problem, my daughter touched the clothing rack to look at a shirt and she told me, do not allow her to do that! I then filled out my paperwork, gave my id, and dropped off my belongings. When the employee called me back to the front, she told me all she could offer me for 5 brand new items was 6$. I happily took the money and my belongings and left. I will never be returning to this location and suggest others do not as well. The one on Val vista and southern is much more friendly, has better selection, is in a better area, and has much kinder staff that are willing to pay properly for your items. Days prior I sold to this location and made about 60-70$ on 8-9 items.
