Awful experience! Didnt even do the job we paid her for a year ago and she wouldnt return our payment. She is not organized and will overcharge you and then claim to need money. Very disappointed!

Jennifer messed up my taxes, i informed her the next year in Feb. She said she would take care of it then, I hold her to wait until after taxes, no rush. She insisted she would do it post haste. Then she chose not to. She then put the onus and blame on me for allowing her to push it back even though she said she would do it immediately AFTER I gave her a chance for extra time. Fail. She is unwilling to fulfill her word. Do not use her.

Jennifer is amazing! It used to take me over a month to do them myself with stopping and starting at H & R Block online. She had mine done in an hour AND I paid 1/4 of what H & R Block charged me! Ive already recommended her to my friends and coworkers.

Jennifer truly cares! She takes time to ensure all details are taken care of. She is knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with.....and has a great sense of humor which helps the task of filing taxes more enjoyable.
