We met with Chuck and Mike in January and by the end of February our pool digging had started. They are very professional and helped us get our new pool with the best size as possible, considering our backyard size/existing retaining wall, etc (we had remodeled our backyard a few years ago and we were trying to see the best approach to add the pool and not mess too much with all the existing work done). Terry kept me updated, if there were any changes in the schedule. The start up date was only moved by a week from the original one, due to bad weather (April). Bob (pool supervisor) was great to work with! We love our new pool!

My pool was done very efficiently. I appreciated the updated schedules if anything needed to be adjusted. Even with all the rain this fall/winter they held to their completion date and we were done in about 4 months (Design to completion). I like the way it turned out, Im glad they offered a landscape package option too so it was all done at the same time. Everyone we worked with was helpful and easy to communicate with.

American Backyards did a great job bringing our vision to fruition. They dug at end of April and filled by July 3. There were a couple of things that got pushed, but they sent us weekly schedule changes and were only past the original fill date by a few days due things out of their control.
